If you are looking for a good, no-frills way to get your heart rate up for and hour, this is your class. We mix up some basic strength training with a cardiovascular workout that will have you huffing and puffing your way to a better body.

Take your fitness routine to a new level in this challenging class. We combine a full range of cardio, stability and Pilates style strength training to give you the ultimate workout.
Pilates Mat
This is a class designed to relieve stress and muscle tension, improve range of motion in your joints and help prevent injury. The Pilates system of exercise improves strength and flexibility without building bulk. It promotes harmony and balance and can be used by people of all ages. Because it focuses on core strength, many doctors recommend Pilates for people with back problems.

Core Conditioning
A quick 30-minute balance and core stabilization class. Come in for an express strength-building warm-up or combine with the following 7PM class for a total body workout!
**NEW** Yoga
This is a fairly fast paced yoga class, but like everything at Move, we’ve designed it for all levels. Don’t worry if you’re not an expert in the art of yoga poses. The class is easy to follow and the instructor will make sure you work safely and effectively.
**NEW** Circuit Training
Use the Move Circuit Training equipment for a complete strength session. This class is especially great if you are new to strength training and need help using the equipment. You will always get a great workout and learn something new.
