About Our MOVE Memberships
What if you went to a restaurant for dinner and the hostess told you that before you could eat there you had to sign a year- long contract to pay the restaurant a monthly fee? And, what if, in addition to that monthly fee, you had to pay an “initiation fee” and maybe even a “processing fee”? That sounds crazy. But, that’s exactly what most health clubs do.
At Move, we believe in offering our customers choices. Membership options that work for you instead of memberships designed to keep taking your money long after you’ve stopped using the facility.Save big with our 12-month membership. Or choose the 3 or 6-month option if that’s better for you. We also offer a monthly plan. Some people really like the monthly plan because it‘s easy to budget. And, you can freeze it for 1 or 2 months if you know you won’t be coming in. Here’s how the monthly plan works:
1. You provide your checking account number or a Mastercard or Visa.
2. We debit your account around the 15th of every month for $95.
3. If you need to cancel, send us a certified letter and be sure it gets to us before the 10th of the month in which you want to end your membership. Any letters received after the 10th will automatically be processed the following month.
We hope you appreciate this honest, straight forward approach to joining a gym. We intend to earn your business every day and every month and we hope you will stay with us for a long time. We will do everything we can to make each visit to Move a great experience for you.
Freezing your Monthly Membership is Easy!
• Send an email to Michael@fitnessbymove.com. Tell us the month(s) you wish to freeze and the best phone number
to reach you.
• Submit your freeze request no later than the 10th of the month preceding the month you want to freeze.
We have to have it by that date to cancel the auto debit with the bank.
• Freezes are for full months only and can be for one or two months at a time.
• There is a $15 per month processing fee automatically billed to your credit card.

section 5.)
